I've taken good care of my hair this 1/4; i'm pleased with the health & growth:yep:

Still keeping it ultra simple, my regi is mostly oil & water.
My roller sets get better each time I do them & I have achieved str8 hair with the saran wrap method.

For the 2nd quarter 1/4 I plan to stay in plaits...only releasing them for special occasions.

Happy Hair Growing LHCF fam!

I haven't noticed any progress in everyday viewing, but my pictures tell me something different.

I have had two trims since last June of 2008, so I probably cut off whatever progress my hair has made.

I did a slight S n D this weekend and I refuse to flat iron my hair until uhh, August. (my intention, though unrealistic:lachen:)
I'm in the twisting challenge until 8/15/09, so I hope to be BSL by the end.

I wore a bun every day from November to 24 March and have very little progress to show for it. I hate this plateau I've been stuck on for the past two years.

I believe I had good progress. I got a trim, so my hair looks fuller. Im always pleased with thickness over length.

What is the saran wrap method?

Terrible. Just terrible. My hair has never been in such bad condition. It's super dry and shrinks every day about 60%. I moisturize, use protein (internally and externally), drink LOTS of water, clean once/week, oil scalp every few days. scalp massages every night, use conditioner, take supplements/vitamins, etc. and my hair is so dry and hard that I don't know what to do with it anymore. The texture is awful:wallbash: Instead of moving forward, it seems to either be at a stall or moving backwards! Whew - had to get that off my chest. :perplexed Sorry:ohwell:
