WOW girl, that's some progress. Do tell what is your regimen?

I haven't been really following my regimen.Here are some tips that I know worked for me. 1) Stop touch ups @ 4 weeks, I touch up 8-10weeks now 2)Stop blow drying when I get my dominican wash & sets(weekly), I only let them roller set under hooded dryer 3)Stop greasing scalp every three days, I only grease my scalp once in a blue moon now, 4)Stop using super strength relaxers, now I usually use Affirm sensitive scalp, 5)Stop putting permanent color in my hair, now I use semi permanent color (twice a year) and 6) Tie my head up every night before bed.
