First braid out of the summer/ Pictures included

I decided to try a braid out what do you think? This was taken after church.

Thank you all. After washing and deep conditioning I braided my hair in 3 braids and put my du-rag on overnight to get the top flat.

Heres what I did I used my hair mayonaise leave in conditioner on the wet hair before braiding and applied coconut oil to the braid all the way I made 3 braides one on each side and one in the back. Then I used 3 small rollers on the end and let it dry. I put my du-rag on and got the top flat. When the top got dry I pinned the braids on top of my head so I could sleep in them and put my du-rag back on. When I took them out I combed it just enough to get rid of the parts.

I usually set my hair but I thought I would try something different.
