Hey everyone, Rosie I texturized using Profective relaxer (mild or regular I can't remember which one) I smoothed it on throughout with my fingers, left it on for about 15-20 minutes.

Congratulations Stephy I remember when I reached that milestone. It was great /images/graemlins/smile.gif
You said you smooth the relaxer throughout with your fingers. How many times do you smooth the hair during the 15-20 minute period? I don't know if I should go through 1x or do it 1x wait a few minutes then do it again? Do you texturize all at once or in sections (then rinse then the next?) Thanks /images/graemlins/smile.gif

I divided my hair in 4 sections, starting at the back I put the relaxer on section by section, I think that I smoothed twice pretty quickly, I was SCARED /images/graemlins/laugh.gif that I would loose all my curl/wave pattern, luckily that did not happen.
