Finally got my hair braided yesterday

i know this thread is worthless without pictures, however I did get it done and I'm so very pleased. I had the most wonderful experience at the shop. Anyone in Chicago the wants her hair braided hit me up. Even with having surgery I was able to get it done in 8hrs. I took enough breaks to keep me from hurting and the young woman who did my hair was really concerned about my comfort.

That's so cool to find a good braider. I found one several years ago who doesn't hurt my edges and I go to her even when there's other cheaper braiders coz I trust her and I know how my hair will turn out.

Are those kinky or senagalese twists? They look really nice on you too. Last time I got my hair braided some of my edges came off so I can't get extensions for a long while yet. I'm sure you will get great growth yet.

Kcurly I feel much so much better, Friday I went to the dr and she told me I was healing nicely and gave me the okay to sit for the braiding. My braider made me very comfortable.
