So after trying and trying, I have finally achevied (sp) it. I'm so happy with myself. I got nice compliements and one rude from my my friends bf but I'm happy with myself. I enclosed some pics:

Thanks chica! Well, he said, "Ewww...you need to pic that **** out!" and then he said, "It looks so nappy!" With a mean sneer on his face. I'm not worried about him, though. He's one of those darkskinned guys that swears he's as light as Halle. His gf (my peoples) was like, "You gonna let him talk to you like that?" And I said, "I don't care what he thinks." And then she said, "Baby, I like it, I wanna get something like that," and he said, "Hell nah, you won't!"

I'd be more than glad to tell you how I did it:

On a wet head after I finished washing and conditioning, I twisted my hair, using a hair product with hold (in this case I used miss jessie's curly mereigne (sp)). Let it dry under a soft bonnet dryer. After two days, I let the twists down, separating them in four parts (since I wanted it full). Then I used those clips that you have to press down on your hair (goody and scunci (sp) makes them. You can use bobby pins as well, but I get a better hold with my the clips. They look like bananas. And then thats it. Fluff it out and you good!

:lachen: at the rude bf! He's my friend's bf. I would never date that trash lol. Thank you ladies for the compliment. I'm still expurrimenting on new styles...if only I could cornrow Id be good....
 
In all honesty...I LOVE IT!!! IS GEORGEOUS!!! JUST LOVELY!!!

Oh I'll tell you what he said...He said, "I don't like that style. It looks so nappy (with a sneer on his face). You need that pik that s#$t out." Then my friend said, "You gonna let him talk to you like that?" and I said, "I don't care what he says." Then she said, "Baby, i like that i wanna do that to my hair." and he said, "Hell naw you not."
