the best I have used in a loooong time is St. Ives - it's da bomb!!!!!!!! And Kerastase also!!!!!

I forgot to add that on the days I wear a bun and exercise heavily during my lunch hour at work I spritz my hair and scalp with African Pride Braid Sheen Spray. This stuff really keeps my hair moisturized, soft, and shiny. Its really soothing to my hair after a vigorous workout. I really like it! /images/graemlins/grin.gif

Islandgirl, if you like Aphogee and are looking for a reconstructor, why not try Aphogee's Intensive 2-minute Keratin Reconstructor. I thought it was pretty decent -- quick, easy &amp; effective just as the label states.

Infusium has been crossed off my favorite leave-in list and replaced with Motions Nourish which I'm also using for my "homemade dew" by adding coconut oil and a few drops of serum.
