ok ya'll i need some recs. this is the one area of my regimen that needs help. Ive used CON with the green writing and yellow cap-i think it wore out its welcome. now im using Aura rosemary mint and its stripping my hair.

im thinking of just making a shampoo with castile soap, honey, glycerin and olive oil. but before i revert to kitchen beautifician, i could use some suggestions.

i am nappy, 4a/b, strong hair but take recs from anybody.

KeraCare moisturizing shampoo
NTM shampoo
Kenra shampoo
AO Island Butter

Those are all in my arsenal and I use them interchangably. KeraCare is great at detangling.

doesnt dr. bonners make castille soap shampoo??? i think it also has peppermint!! gotta love the tingle!

Kenra Moisturizing Shampoo is very gentle.
I use Nature's Gate Chamomile and Lemon Verbena b/c it is only $3.99. It is also a gentle shampoo without all the sulfates.

****Nexxus Therappe****
****Nexxus Botanoil****

BTW, the so-called "natural" shampoos all strip my hair (aubreys, aura, aveda, etc.) especially those with castile soap so be careful. . .

I am 4b relaxed.
