Extend a Perms..Any Luck?

has anyone had luck with those perm extender products, and if so, can you post the kind you used and your results. I am strectching my relaxer 5 months and could use some help straightening out my new growth! Thanks!

I tried the extend a perm this past spring - did nothing.

I tried Culture 7-day relaxer - still nothing.

It is just easier for me flat iron my new growth.

The extend a perm stuff (I think by Soft and Beautiful) didn't do anything for my hair...a waste of money for me.

Same thing here, Culture 7-day relaxer did nothing for my NG!

I got the Soft & Beautiful kit this week from a friend because she said it was good (she use to do hair). I haven't tried it yet, but I am thinking of using it this weekend. She did say though that when blowdrying my hair I would have to do it heavy-handed or it won't really do anything for you. She said be gentle (tlc), but agressive (if there is such a thing). She gets a relaxer twice a year and uses it and her hair is very healthy looking and looks like she gets it relaxed at least every 3 months. So, when (and if) I try it I will let you know the outcome. I hope my results will be better then the other ladies who posted on this thread.
