Thats still cheaper than the African braiders (in the US) are charging IF you do not bring your own hair.

My coworker said the lady that did her braids charged ger $10.00 a bag.

I think because I was in Nigeria this summer and got expression for about $2 a pack that's why $4.99 is a little steep.

And knowing hair sisters it's probably the small pack ......
