I used these for like 2 months last year and there were great. I had alot of growth with these. really the reason I stopped was because of the price I think 29.99 a month and also the fact I had to take 3 pills a day. I hate popping pills so this was a challenge. But overall I think they are one of the best vitamins I have ever used because I saw a difference in my hair and skin right away. So I hope you have good luck with them to.

I tried them and I think you would do better by buying the GNC brand. A TOTAL waste of money for me.
