I actually just started taking the vitamins 2 weeks ago. Your supposed to take 3 a day and that how many I take although the pills are huge. Anyway, I bought them b/c they contain alot of the vitamins that people on this forum use to grow/strengthen their hair (i.e. biotin, horsetail, B6, B12, MSM). I figure that I can just take one pill that has everything all in one. I can give you an update later!
