So how was everyone's first week?

I admit I only went to the gym 3 times, but they were great workouts. I hope to increase my frequency this week.


Same here I only did cardio 3 times last week, but I'm planning to be good this week:yep:

The key is to stay focused and motivated.
And it's 80% diet, 20% exercise.:yep:

I am actually enjoying this a little bit...my gym is open 24 hours and is around the corner from my house. I usually go around 9 or 10 at night and it's quiet and not crowded....I love it!

The diet...well, that's a work in progress...LOL. I'm just trying to up my servings of fruits and veggies daily and double my intake of water. The water is a lot easier than the fruits and veggie part.

But all in all, I am beginning to see a little progress. I have a bit more definition in my arms and calves.
 
Ok, I've been bad this week...but I am getting back on the wagon.

On the upside, my diet has been much better and my water intake is up, just getting to the gym has been hard.
