Just a note: if any of you are pregnant or nursing, it is advised that you not take EPO. Just a thought. I don't want anyone to order some and then realize it only after reading the back of the bottle.

Ditto on the breasts swelling y'all. This definitely happened to me when I was taking it, so I chose to lay off. It took at least a month for me to notice these results and about a month for them to wear off after I stopped taking them.
Aside from that, however, EPO made my skin glow (no pimples), my new growth softer, and COMPLETELY alleviated my cramps.

Hey you guys do u think I will get the same softening effect from using a multi oil ? I just bought a Multi oil containing fish oil, epo, codliver oil etc... I heard the oils work better when they are used together. Hey, I wonder if it would make my hips spread a bit
, yeah sure now that would lots of divine intervention. I just want to know the results of taking lots of oils together instead EPO only.
