I was at a shop where they sell mizani, they couldnt sell me the relaxer.
Can i purchase (affirm,ORS, or Mizani) relaxers from any of these places?

You can purchase the ORS relaxer kit at any of those shops as well as most relaxers. Since Affirm and Mizani are professional relaxers they will probably ask to see your professional licence.
