So I've taken the Mega-tek plunge!!!!! I purchased Rebuilder, Survivor, Avacado Mist, and Premier Rehydrant. Any thoughts on how to use these products? Should I use full strength or dilute..and with what, also do u leave in or wash right out? Thanks for any info you can provide...I'm anxious to start happy, healthy hair growiN. ialso purchaced a hair steamer and would like to incorporate in a regime.

The Rebuilder is the Only One I Use on A Regular Basis.

I use it 'straight' rubbing in lightly directly on the scalp. I also recently made a mixture of MT, JBCO and a Squirt of Conditioner and I apply this to scalp as well.

I've been alternating vetween the two of those. (whichever I grab first) Remember, above all else, keep your Moisture on Point.

I haven't used the other two you mentioned. Perhaps you could do a search on it and find some additional threads.

IK there are 100's of MT Threads.

I use MT as a protein condish - however many LHCF'er apply it to their scalps mixing it will oils, etc...but as IDTH mentioned there are a lot of threads on the subject
