I think this was posted before...but energy drinks have a LOT of B vitamins..I wonder if this is good for your hair or not...just curious..

The vitamins may be good, but many of them contain caffine which can inhibit hair growth. Maybe if you try product that don't have a high content of caffine, and other substances, they might be good. Good Question!

I too agree. And watch out for sodium too ;)
 
I've heard they were bad for your hair and you should steer clear of them. Unfortunately i don't remember where i heard this from. I just steer clear of them and soda/anything with caffeine to be on the safe side.
 
With all that caffeine in it, i doubt it:nono: My coworker always complained about her hair growing slow and then I realize all she does is drink energy drinks and tons of coffee. Her hair was healthy but it did grow at a snails pace. She has WL hair before but cut it, and just started drinking coffee a year or two ago.
