I had my first wash day this week....it was a dream. such a nice break from the two textured he!! i was in for so many months.

my goal this year is to hide my hair under half wigs until it gets warm with no touch up. then weave it up till christmas, so i will do another ten month stretch, but without having to deal with my own hair so much on the "back end" of the stretch.

last year i relaxed in december and april. leaving me with alot of time at the end of the stretch to deal with the two textures. it was doable....but a nightmare. i'm proud of my progress though

I mixed it with oils and followed with a moisturizer. I only used it once. I'm not anti-megatek. My hair just didn't like it. It made my edges knarled up and my hair had a very bad reaction to it. I had massive tangles and thinning as a result of the detangling process.
