End of Year Update

I JUST COMMENTED IN ANOTHER THREAD ON HOW BEAUTIFUL, THICK AND HEALTHY YOUR HAIR IS. SINCE YOU STARTED YOUR TRANSITION WITH BRAIDS IT HAS TAKEN OFF WITH FAST GROWTH. WHAT IS YOUR REGIME, PRODUCTS AND VITAMINS? THANKS

Merry Christmas!
Thanks a lot for your lovely comments. Yes, my hair has taken off thanks to the Crown and Glory method. I altered it a bit though, I washed the braids once a week and used surge with braid spray only once a week. I do not take vitamins but I started juicing vegetables and fruits recently.

And merry christmas and Happy new year to you. i have a juicer at home, i will be juicing lots of veggies and fruits from now on for overall health as well. Thanks for mentioning this. Good luck with your transition. it seems like its going very well for you.

That is some progress! I see a big difference in how you hair was relaxed and how thick it is now while you're transitioning to natural. HHG! :yay:

First of all, when I look at where you started and where you are now, I swear I got all choked up!! It's so damn inspiring to see a sister who started out with SHORT hair grow her hair so long. And it didn't take you 10 years to do it!!!!!!!

It makes me really feel that I could be there one day. I truly appreciate you sharing these pics and thanks for letting me end this year off with hope!!!!!!!!
