Emu oil.....who uses it?

Finally got my oil blends.

I made a concoction of:

Emu Oil
Peppermint
Rosemary
Tea Tree
Cedar wood

Rubbing on my hairline, crown mainly. Then sparingly as needed throughout scalp only.

Emu does feel heavenly and a little goes a long way.

oohh I wish i could get a gallon of this stuff. it's so pricy.
I use it on my skin, my eczema specifically, because it's known to cure the toughest cases..
it keep my eczema in check, and really moisturizes the rest of my skin...

I LOVE my emu oil! I bought unrefined, from Daybreak Lavender Farm: http://www.daybreaklavenderfarm.com...Unrefined-and-Proud-of-it-pr-16676-c-381.html It's only $25 for four ounces.

I use it on my skin (my emu is mixed with frankincense oil, to help with wrinkles :smirk:), and it has erased ALL the inflamation from my acne-prone face. It helps heal cuts, and I've found that it also really helps with sore muscles, especially when mixed with MSM powder.

For my hair, I add a bit to my Boundless Tresses to help it absorb better, and I smooth a bit onto my braid hair (wavy human hair) to keep it moisturized. I used to use 50-11 hair products trying to keep this braid hair soft, but now I just smooth on a bit of emu onto the damp hair, and it stays smooth and silky until the next wash. I made a fabulous hair oil with all of my favorite oils: emu, black castor, avocado, jojoba, wheat germ, Hibiscus Hair Oil from Afroveda, sea kelp, ginseng, and some fragrance oil. My hair loves it.

I recently suffered from a second degree burn on my arm.

Now that it is healing, I'm going to start applying Emu oil to the scarring.

emu oil is to exspencive for me. i thought jojoba was exspencive but i'd rather get that than emu.

i really wanted to try this, but can't find it locally. i tried gnc, whole foods, and trader joe's. no one has it. and the lady at whole foods looked at me like i was nuts when i asked for it. she said "you have beautiful skin, let the emu's live" i cracked up laughing. it just seemed like such a random comment. i dont want to order online, and i swear i saw it at gnc a while back. oh well.
