I have been MIA for a grip! But I wanted to post a mini review of emu oil as a moisturizer:
Get some! I have been using EMU oil on my hair for about 3 months now (since Nov) and I really like how it moisturizes my hair. I only use this and Amla oil one a day (like a dime size amount for both) and it does a really good job of keeping my ends maintained and my hair with a shine (esp. since I have been lazy with my EFA's and vits).
I also add it to my biolage cera repair treatment and sit under a cap for 15 minutes or so. I also add Amla, a little (just a little) wheat germ oil, a little hot six oil and my hair mayo, for a good deep conditioning treatment.
I get my EMU oil from ebay, but it can be expensive depending on the size you have. But well worth it.
