Does anyone know where I can find empty tea bags in NYC?

Assuming u want to use the tea bag as a strainer for your hair mixes. If you have a walmart. Go to the aisle that has the flatware, and cooking utensils like spatchulas etc. They sell a metal tea strainer. It's a round mesh ball, that you put tea leaves in, and drop it in hot water. i purchased one and use it for my ayurvedic powders..... though my hesh powders do not have stems/leaves. hth!

Yes I do need them for straining, Thanks for the info

no prob, lady! fyi: it costed around $3, i believe.

You could use a small coffee maker dedicated to your powders. It's what I use and I brew everything together. Saves a lot of time that way and the coffee maker only cost about $12 + filters.

I've ordered from here several times. They have large and small bags.

thanks flowin for this site. i love to cook and found a great new site for my spices:clap: etc.

They sell empty tea bags - aka tea filters - in the basement of Whole Foods Union Sq - in the coffee/tea section. Hope this helps.

Mountainroseherbs.com sells them for really cheap! They have reuseable cotton ones, and tea balls, and tea. Its also where I get all of my butters and oils from
