Empress Regrow

I ran across a product in the bss--Empress Regrow-- and have a few questions about it. After doing a search I realized noone has reviewed the product. If anyone has used it please let me know the results.

I haven't used this product except the leave-in which left me with a not so moisturizing feeling

I saw it in the Essence magazine with some before and after pictures . Wondering if it works?
