Emergencee before Relaxer

I need some help, I'm getting a relaxer on 8/9 but I really want to give my hair a protien treatment ( emergencee). Do you think this is a good idea???? I don't know why it would be an issue but just wanted to ask. Right now,,my hair is feeling a little weak.

I did this before. I used emergencee a week before my relaxer and it came out fine. I made sure I used a moisturizing conditioner afterwards.

it's actually a good idea to give yourself a protein treatment the wash before your next relaxer. if your hair is weak and breaking you should solve the problem before you relax. Never relax to solve the problem.

Right now, it's not breaking or anything I should have done a protein treatment 3 weeks ago and I didn't. I'll make sure to do this tonight, thanks!
