Elucence helped me manage my new growth!

I already thought this stuff was made in heaven, but...for the first time since I have stopped blowdrying I have made it to 12 weeks post-relaxer and using the MB as a leave-in really smoothed out my new growth. Did anyone else know this?

This is exactly what I did...
1. Washed with the Moisture Benefits Shampoo
2. Conditioned with mix of Moisture Balance and Extended Moisture Repair
3. Conditioned about 2 minutes with moisture balance alone
4. Re-applied smaller amount of moisture balance as a leave in

I did use the pony-tail method. That also helps the new growth to lay down more. Once it begins to dry, you can take it down.

I'm glad to hear that the Elucence worked out well for you. I have the shampoo and the conditioner. I don't have the extended moisture balance (though I've heard it's pretty darn good). I keep two conditioners on hand, and you can bet that Elucence is one of them. /images/graemlins/wink.gif /images/graemlins/up.gif

If I ever try the extended moisture repair, it'll be a while. I currently have a bottle of protein conditioner by L'anza. It's a small bottle (4.2 ounce?), but I only use it 1-2 weeks before I get a touch-up and 1-2 weeks after I get a touch-up. So, it'll last me for a nice while. Please give me a review when you do get it and try it. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

I LOVE the Elucence products!!! I used to swear by Keracare shampoo and conditioner but these have Keracare beat. I have a lot of hair, but my hair is tricky because the hairs are fine. So I have to be careful not to use things that weigh my hair down. These products really give my hair a lot of boucne I find. They are mosturizing, yet not too heavy. I am happy I came here to this site and discovered this line!

I'm totally in LOVE with the Elucence line I'm just about out of product because I purchased the small bottles and I'm freaking out as well /images/graemlins/smile.gif. I do want to try the extended repair actually I will place my order this weekend. Lisa at pleasant image told me this was a really great product. I'm glad to hear this.
I ordered some Eulecence products and got them last week. I just got a touch-up yesterday and I am so psyched about my new products I want to wash my hair right now!!! I purchased the 10 oz. Moisture Benefits Shampoo, the 10 oz.Moisture Balancing Conditioner, and the 16 oz. Extended Moisture Repair Treatment. I probably won't wash my hair until Thurs. though. I'll give my review then, but I've heard nothing but great things about this line.

the only thing stopping me from buying this is the fact that you cant easily find it in stores. i was going to buy it during the spring time last year but i couldnt bring myself too. and then i found breakthru which i am in love with and which is readily available. maybe i might see this spring. lisa was so nice and lovely to talk to. we had a long conversation about hair care and about the ladies who use the line. i would love to try it.
