I have this; it's more of a treatment. It has a serum consistency. It's actually just like the Breakage Control Serum by Elasta QP.

Thanks! Would you recommend it? if so, how often do you think it could be used. The only instruction I saw was to use it with heat then rinse for the best results. Do you have any length of time to leave it on and should one follow up with conditioner or poo and conditioon first. Sorry for the barage of questions
