How does this relaxer compare to elucence and affirm? Is it a gentle relaxer? Oh, is it lye or no-lye?

I havent used Elucence of Affirm before but I have used Elasta QP Relaxer and it's great at straightening my hair! It's fairly gentle and I think it is a lye relaxer.

I didnt like the extra body normal formula, it burned my scalp, and my air came out underprocessed!

I used this relaxer a little over a week ago and was quite disappointed. Do NOT use if you like your hair bone straight.

On the plus side, I have noticed a significant reduction in shedding. This is my first lye relaxer. I loved the results from Precise no lye, but I shed horribly. Good luck!!

Yes, Poohbear,
