On the jar it says to let set under a hair drier for 15 to 25 minutes. Is it okay to leave it on longer?

It sure is. I used to leave it in at least 45mins and that was under a dryer. If I wasn't under a dryer, I'd keep it on even longer. This is some good stuff but alot of ladies don't seem to care for it. But it works well to me, especially when detangling. And it helped me stretch alot longer by preventing tangles.

I use it as an overnite pre-poo on dry hair. I love it too!
