I'm definitely in. I've been trying to eat 3 eggs a day at least 5 days a week. I usually forget on the weekends. But I have definietly seen a increase in my growth rate.
Heeey now! I actually started on this about 2 weeks ago. I've been doing 3 boiled eggs a day. 2 egg whites in the morning and a whole one at night. I SO down.
I know it's only been a few days, but have you started and sticking with it so far. I know how easy it can be for some to fall off before they've even started.
And just so you ladies know, the egg yolk does contain a little less than half the protein in an egg so if you are only eating whites you may want to eat 4 eggs instead of 2.
