Effects of MTG with hair braided or out

Which one is more effective does your hair grow better w/the MTG when its braided or just out please share stories and also advice

I don't think it makes a difference, your hair in braids may retain more but the growth would still be the same IMO

I get better growth with my hair braided and the reason I say this is b/c when my hair is down I wouldn't think of putting MTG in it runs too much. I have worn it in my hair when I was bunning and I did notice growth.

I really don't think there's a difference. However, I apply MTG everyday, baggy whole head at night, and keep my hair bunned.

For me, when it is braided because when the Mtg seeps down my braid it goes all the way down to the tip and helps retain all of my growth. If you use mtg with your hair out it will be messy. You will have to make sure u r barely using much when wearing your hair out and oiling w/ MTG.

U will get the same growth, but retaining the ends is the real deal. So, braids in my opinion are best.
