well ive had a ton of progress as a natural..and im soo happy because have my hair braided has grown my crown out soo much..it actually hangs..so i decided to get the whole head braided for this month..wo work on growing the bak longer and also im still using mtg on my hair..which with the vitamins i think has helped greatly.. happy hair growing ladies..check it out..ps in profile or pm me..
