Question Editing thread title

Hi, this may be a simple question, but I am trying to edit a thread title (to add a warning) after several hours and nothing happens. Is there anything special I have to do to change the thread title?

Nevermind.....a better search and I found the answer ----

You can only change it if no one has responded to it. Otherwise, a mod will have to take care of that for you.
