how do I scratch out my face in picutures on fotki?

i'm not aware of any such editing tools within fotki itself, but most women just open the picture in a photo software/application or simply in the Windows paint program (Start--Programs--Accessories--Paint). You can blot out your face and then save the picture and upload it to fotki afterwards. Good luck with your fotki!

you can't do it on fotki. it has to be either the paint program on your computer or adobe photoshop.
