ECO Styler Gel

Hi Ladies ,

I'm looking for something to lay down my edges. I didn't find much information on it when I did a search. Did those of you who used find it was more of a moisturizing as opposed to hardening gel?

Depends on which Eco Styler. I use the pink (lighter hold) and I recently bought the blue for color treated (haven't used it yet). Some have a heavier hold.

A lot of folks (including me) like the IC Fantasia styling gel for color treated (blue). Some of the clear gels have holds that are too strong for my hair.

All the clear gels have "some" holding properties though, and none of them are as moisturizing as say a curl activator gel.

I mix a leave-in and the white eco-styler gel.

Thanks for the recs. Mixing it with a leave in sounds like a good idea.

I have the fantasia gel (pink and clear) and they are just okay for me. No complaints but I am open to trying something else.

I might try the pink light hold Eco Styler since I'm looking for more of a wet/moisturized look than shine.

More feedback please.

I have been using this gel for a couple of years. I use it while my hair is wet ( for a bun) to pop my waves and give me a nice soft hold. My hair never feels heavy or helmety
