Thanks for the info... She has some very good products but the shipping and CS leaves a bit too be desired. She has this pain patate (sweet potatoe) soap that is TOO DIE FOR!!! Im gonna buy some since its on sale and just deal w/the shipping ....

You are right, I think things have settled down a bit in her personal life because recently, the site has updated more often and she sent out an email saying that orders have been caught up on and business is back on track.

LOL, well, keep in mind the 20% definitely helps balance out the shipping if you order under $75 :-D

If anyone is wondering, the general scent of the products (shea butter pomade, styling lotion, regenerating hair oil, kokum butter treatment, etc) unless noted otherwise as a specific scent are of lavender/rosemary...more on the herbal side.
