I got the shea butter moisturiser from Simcha at the la meeting its nice but the smell is sooooo over powering. It gave me a headache.
Bri123, I would agree that the customer service isnt the best but her products are very good. The main problem I have is on the shipping time. I takes forever for stuff to get to me. She is in Florida and I am in MD. I think she focuses more on her business customers than individuals. I used to buy from her all the time b/c her shea was the BEST. But now I just buy occasionally for the soaps...
I ordered the small size sample of the Shea butter hair styling lotion and didn't know about how she is having problems with her husband. Apparently, from the website he is abusive and there is a restraining order against him and they are relocating the boutique in miami and so orders are behind schedule. Well I didn't know about this and waited for my order for almost 4 weeks. So I called the company and a lady told me about the situation and also that it was on the website. Well I checked it out and also it said thanks for being patient with us and for the inconvence you won't be charged shipping and handling and also you would get a free gift. Well I was charged shipping and handling and didn't recieve a gift.
I didn't like the hair lotion and won't be buying from her again. I like Ashanaturals.com so much better and her products are amazing.
