eating enought protein and vitamins.....

Lately my hair has been growing very well and i have been talking BOOST or Ensure supplements to ensure that i get enough protein becuz im not a big meat eater.. I was wondering whether this is really contributing to longer better "formed" hairs coming out from the scalp, i have read that theres a limit to how much protein you should take and that going over can be damaging to kidneys and also soften the bones, i keep my protein under 45 grams a day,, how many of u supplement your protein and have u noticed any changes in growth
 
I don't know about the cause behind your results, but you are correct that too much protein can be a bad thing. I'd Google that one and do a bit more research. But if you're not eating much meat or consuming much protein from other sources, I'd imagine it would be hard for you to overdo your protein intake with supplements.
