I purchased a bottle of this stuff and I really like it. Just wondring how often I can use it. Can using it too much make ur hair break since it's a protien conditioner?

that's a good question. My thin damaged brittle hair just happens to LOVE this protein so I incorporated it with my weekly poo/protein treat/deepcon regimine. Sometimes I skip a week. It's not like your Aphogee so. But I guess it depends on your hair.

Thanks...do you use it last or do you follow up with your regular conditioner?

Depends on what your hair needs. I sometimes use it every week, sometimes I alternate with my million other conditioners. I do make sure that I follow up with a light moisturizing conditioner after wards though. Although it makes my hair strong and now stripped I still follow with a moisturizing conditioner.

I use it before conditioning becuase althout it feels soft and nice during when you rinse it will have a hard/ stripped type feeling again but not like clarifying just strong like.
and although my hair LOVES protein, it also THRIVES in moisture so I have to Deep co after that to put the moisture in.

I also put in moisturizing leave-ins and seal with s-curl- results:

soft strong moisturized hair. I guess that means NORMAL
