Dry Skin Brushing for Hair Growth

Skin Brushing is great! My husband and I have been doing it for about ten years. He also brushes his face and neck with a dry face brush and he never has ingrowns anymore. I found the body brush to be too intense for me so I got a silk mitt for my body from mapi.com

Anyone still brushing?

Me me me! Well actually I just started to help me heal from a cold (and it's working beautifully BTW). The brushing process is very soothing I immediately had a better sense of wellbeing. It almost felt like I was scratching an itch that I'd had for a long time. Anyway my skin feels a little smoother especially my arms and hands (which always feel dry in winter). I can't wait to see what else happens.

Here's the video http://youtube.com/watch?v=AwD3PVLT3ns (it's by the same woman supergirl referenced for cutting her own layers).

I was looking for something to help me clear out toxins and help my body heal, but I couldn't oil pull. I love oil pulling but my body was generating so much mucus the second I started to pull I began coughing and had to spit it out. Dry skin brushing has been a great alternative and I'm very intrigued by it. I hadn't even thought about it helping with hair growth

If you have more info or testimonials please share. :)

I just ordered the one you suggested, Pinayprincess!

I'm using my Boar Brush until it arrives, though.

Love the way it makes my skin feel and if it will help with HG, omgravy!!!

And, if it helps eliminate cellulite, well, then, Hold my mule:)!!
