Dosage on Flaxseed Oil & B-50 ??

For thoses ladies that take either of these: Could you share the dosage amount you're taking daily. I've just recieved my Puritan Pride shipment, and like to start my vitamin regimen. Thanks in advance.

I take two teaspoons of flax seed oil.
