I have a question for those ladies that wear donut buns on a regular. I am bunning for about 6 months and tracking my growth by hiding my hair but I am worried about my ends. I don't want them to break off or anything and I am keeping them moisturized at night and before I tuck them under but I don't want to do damage to them by wearing them constantly. Any suggestions would be wonderful. I want to be successful and retain length but with having shoulder length hair that is not that many options for me for hiding my hair.

I use gel on mine. Its messy but it works. I also find that if you use enough of the hair that you can tuck it in when you wrap.

I do pretty much what she says. I tease the hair to make it thicker so that it is eaiser to stick together. But mostly I wrap it and then tuck the hair under as iam wrapping.
