paging all donut wearers

I wanted to know if you are receiving substantial growth from wearing the donut all of the time. I want another alternative to the phony tail and thought I would get some feedback from you'll. I currently wrap a scarf around the actual donut and then wrap my hair around it. I want to make sure that the donut/scarf method won't pull out my hair or make it dry.

nice hair! I have been using the donut consistently for less than a month and have had no problems so far. I am also interested in hearing from the ladies on the board who have used it for a longer period of time. You might pm Don't speak defeat. she has a listing on hair donuts. she might have more information regarding hair health with prolonged donut use.
