Don't doubt the FHI!!! (pics inside!!!)

Oh my your hair looks great. Now you got me wanting to buy an FHI. Don't do this to me now, I'm not even working.
 
Thanks ladies!!! :D I know I always talk about how much I lurved my FHI, but I felt it was time to show the proof in the pudding :giggle:

Tee and Stella B: He wanted to get his hair braided my his mom (I can't braid too well :ohwell: ) but she's really rough and old school. Her favorite tool is a rattail comb. Can you imagine raking a teeny comb through that hair? :eek: He wanted me to straighten it, so it would be easier to deal with, and so she wouldn't pull all his hair out and send him home lookin like Gollum! :lol:

E Williams: The FHI gets alllll the way to the roots, girl! It's great! :yep:

I didn't even need to blowdry his hair with the FHI :grin:

He washed his hair two days ago with Hair One (olive oil) and left a little in when he rinsed. I plaited his hair in 4 sections and we let it dry for two days.

I took his plaits down, applied CHI SI and topped with Garnier serum (I think it's Sleek & Shine)

I detangled his hair and ironed in half inch sections. I did the chase technique, where you "chase" the flatiron with a rattail comb :yep:
 
The FHI is the TRUTH. Yesterday I blowdried and then flatironed with my FHIs.... used the Runway for most of it but used the 4/10" Platform for the edges and the roots where I have my hair parted... shocked myself how good it came out!

I used Phytobrush shampoo - it is designed for blowdrying :yep:

Girl, you had his hair flowing like Kat Williams. And you know Kat say if anyone say his hair aint pretty they a lie!!! :lol: And his hair is pretty!! You had me laughing at the bold. Yeah, help him out before mama get to him!!

I love Kat, he's such a fool! :lol: Your braidout looks gorgeous! I know, right??? I'm so jealous!!!! If my little rinky-dink $69 FHI works so good, I can't IMAGINE how fantastic a Runway would be! *daydreaming of having a Runway* :cloud9:
 
I said it in another thread, and I'll say it again here - stalk eBay and check Amazon. I got my 4/10" Platform for about $100 on ebay and picked up the FHI 1900 blow dryer for less than $100. I got my Runway on Amazon (it was the last one, but they should be getting more soon).
 
see..i aint messin wit yall up in this thread talkin bout 100.00 FHI and 2000.00 CHI's..i already just speant a grip on this dryer...and now yall got me thinking about more...oh lawd...im out!
 
tiffers/tiffany I remember your old avatar picture and I always just assumed that your

hair was relaxed- wow! It's really nice I like your hair. I have an FHI as well and it really

is one of the best- I am always surprised at the fact that my hair is not very flat after

using it it actually has some volume left in it unlike other flat irons I've used.
