they ship through usps, so it takes over a week for it to get there and even when it did, in my case, for some reason it was marked "undeliverable as addressed." now it got returned to them, and i have to wait for them to get it back and ship it out again AND pay extra for them to ship it through ups this time.

You know, I ordered some Mega-Tek a few weeks ago and I have yet to see any sign of it. I am in Baghdad right now, but it still doesn't take this long for items to arrive from the states. I am gonna email them today to figure out what happened to my stuff.
 
i ordered from them and the tracking number said "delivered" and I thought chicky poo across the way had it, it was in the mail box. Now OCT delivers TO THE DOOR and everybody else, oh except for Conair and that nano flat iron. I got it pretty quick, just thought it would be at the door instead of down the street in the mailbox.
 
I placed an order on June 25th. They showed that they submitted the shipping info to the USPS on June 26th (How useful is that info? I want to know when you actually SHIPPED IT mofoes). I JUST logged on to see that it's been delivered (in my mailbox), today, July 7th :nono: That's too dang long. We need to set up a LHCF MegaTek postal system so that those near a store can ship it to those who aren't or at least order in bulk together.:lachen:...For real tho':look:

As far as easypet.com, I think if your order weighs 2 lbs. or more, they ship it thru UPS. I ordered the big bottle of Mega Tek Avocado Mist and it came by UPS on time. If I order the Rebuilder from them, it will be 2 or more at a time. Luckily, they forced me to find a store in my area, so I'll only use them if the store runs out and can't order it fast enough.:grin:
 
Turns out they sent my order to SOME address for whatever reason and then it got returned. On the site, it said that a refund has been issued. I go to look at my bank account and see only the debited amount....no refund.

I don't play about my mula.... they don't WANT me to go there...:look:

does anyone know how i can ensure that i get this delivered next time? i still dont trust them to send it to me. they said they couldnt send me any kind of confirmation email until they get the returned package. i asked if they could send it ups this time and she said she would make a note of it on the order... i feel like the same thing is going to happen again until i ask for a refund, and then they wont give it to me. to put it bluntly, i am flat broke right now. if i wasnt i would just place another order with another site.

can anyone tell me who buys just the megatek online and gets it shipped through ups?
 
Hmmmm that's really strange. I ordered mine on a Friday night. It was processed and shipped by Mon morning, and I received it that Thursday. All through easypetstore.com.

And it was sent by way of USPS. It may also have to do with your location, their site says if you live anywhere except the East Coast it can take forever and a day. I was living in NYC at the time (lol last week). And now I'm in LA, so I may have to find another vendor to be safe....

Don't worry boo! It will be there! The delivery man prolly did not want to leave your package at the door. What you can do though is call your post office and xplain the situation to them so they will be on the look out and your package will not get returned back to sender. Sometimes the delivery person is just plain lazy and don't want to carry your package so call the post office and tell them what happened! These things happens sometimes, that's why I hate for packages to be shipped through usps because there is no way of really knowing if your package shipping other than a confirmation that the post office received it!

Yeah, these stories are weird because I ordered through easypetstore and didn't have a problem with my order being shipped or lost or anything.
 
Okay, I ordered from them on a Saturday, it got shipped on Monday and I received my MT on Thursday afternoon. The impatient person that I am thought it took too long but I know that was right on as far as the MT getting to me in a timely manner.
 
Sorry This Happened to You ladies!

I called Cuustomer Service and was told that Mega-Tek Rebuilder ships from a seperate warehouse. Also the shipping process takes a bit longer due to the item being a 'liquid' shipping through USPS. I hope this helps you ladies! :yep:
 
I ordered from them as well on June 27th, and got mine yesterday. would have gotten it on Friday but due to the holiday and my job being closed on Saturdays (had delivered to work) but I received it within the 7-10 day time frame they said. Sorry you guys are having issues with them.
 
I just got off the phone with them HorseLoverz.com (easy pet) trying to figure what the hold up is and was told since MT is a liquid it takes 9-10:nono: Bus. days to arrive I orded on 6/27 it was shipped on Jul 1....
.
ETA: nope still isnt here ugh. I just tracked it online and it claims a notice was left I was home when the mailman came he even waived wow...

im sure there are going to be people who did not have a problem with this site. obviously. but for those that dont want to risk this huge delay and prefer their things not to be shipped through usps (like i do and if i would have known they shipped through usps i wouldnt have bought it from them in the first place), they might like to have a heads up.

i just realized that they upped their shipping to $8.xx when it used to be $5.xx... (within this last month) so they have a higher shipping cost, yet people are still having problems receiving their product on time :perplexed:ohwell:
