Does anyone know of any products that's good for helping the hair to grow in the temple area? I utilize 3 different beauticians. One of my beauticians said the Dominican blowout can make your hair thin. I don't really believe this, any thoughts?

Sulfur is good for growing the hair.. whether in the form of MTG or your own mixture. You can find recipes on this hair board if you do a search. Dominican blowouts actually can thin your hair if you get them too regularly. The amount of heat they use is considerable and damaging over time if used too frequently.

Yes, there is some truth to that. Getting blow-outs often (for some people) will not only thin out the edges, but your hair over all - it's the heat, the pulling and sometimes using the wrong round brushes.

Some ladies have had success with Dr. Miracles, Do Groo, Surge, Sulphur, MTG & BB Growth Serum.

The constant heat does eventually thin out your hair. I hink it is the brushing and heat combo.
For my thinning sides, I have been using DooGro and Espiritu de canela once a week. I has helped tremendously for me. Cause my sides weren't thin but it had lost all the hair. Now it has grown back
