Sorry, lol. I love Famu, but I needed to be far away from Thomasville, and Tally-ho wasn't far enough.
To answer the question, I have never heard from my friends that go to school/ live in tally about one. I am sure their are dominicans that work in various salons owned by others. Maybe you can locate a Dominican stylist instead of a salon. I'm sure they are familiar with the processes used in Dom. Salons. Hope that helps.
