okay i was looking through don't speak defeats hair journal ( very nice album ) and i look through everyone elses, and everyones hair is so awesome, but it was through this one, i saw something called a dominican blowout. okay, what is that? and do the domicans have to do it. because i don't know of any domican hair stylists in louisiana. and if there are. i bet i would have to go two hours to b.r. or new orleans. i'm not for all that. could you do one yourself? if so what do you do and what things do you use? thanks <font color="purple"> </font>
