If so, do you know if they sanitize if after each use? If they do, what method do they use to sanitize?
 
Sanitize? That's a good question. Didn't know you can sanitize the attachment....

Ooops, I made a mistake and voted yes. I meant to say no :(
 
Stylist are suppose to clear the tool of debris then clean it with soap and water ( a scrubbing brush to get in between the teeth) and then put it in a disinfectant.
 
I like to use a vent brush to blow dry. Sometimes I will use the comb attachment as well. I always clean and sanitize my implements before moving to the next client.
 
My stylist has only used the comb attachment once. She usually uses a round brush
