Yep. If I couldn't tell him then I figure why stay? He accepts me even after the "dark" secrets so if anything it brings us closer. Also he isn't one of those people that will get mad and throw it in your face so I don't have to worry about that.

I believe this is key. If he's going to throw it back into your face later, I wouldn't tell my FH anything either.

out of all the people in the world Im close to, he knows the least abt me. I wouldnt have it any other way though
 
I don't have that many dark secrets aka secrets that I'm ashamed of.
I've told him all of them... :)

Now, something I wouldn't talk to him about is my sex life with men before him. That's just not necessary.
 
Up until two months ago, he knew 99% of it.

Then I told him the last bit, something that actually could end up affecting him in the long run.

He was supportive and loving as per usual, but I think I also sort of concerned him. :look:

I do think sometimes we tell our loved ones things because it makes us feel better, not because the honesty is the best thing for THEM.
 
Yep, he does. Maybe I'm just naturally confident--but when dating, I'm pretty much an open book. I have no regrets in life, so I don't act like I do.

Most, but not all. There are things that I haven't even shared with my best friend. AND SHE KNOWS EVERYTHING! It's ok to keep some things to yourself.
 
DH knows the important things, but he sure as heck doesn't know when I bought these cute slingbacks I'm wearing today 'cause it none of his beeswax. :lol:

He serioulsy thinks I weigh less than I do and since he does, that's HIS story and I'm sticking to it. :look:

I really don't have any 'dark' secrets. If I did, it still wouldn't matter becuase it's under the 'Blood'. :Rose:
 
He knows pretty much everything there is to know. And what he doesn't know is probably just something that hasn't come up in conversation. I sometimes wonder if I should have kept more to myself, but hey he's still with me, so I guess I don't have much to worry about.
