Does Wheat Germ Oil really have to be refrigerated?

I bought one from Vitamin Shoppe and it doesn't say on the bottle that it should be refrigerated.

Thanks. When you mix it with other oils, do you refrigerate the mix too?
Usually I use it straight up. Recently, I've been using it in a 'Kimmay Leave in" and I've just been sitting it in the window sill :look: Hey, it's cold in Ohio :lachen:

I didn't either. But, once it was opened it needed to be refrigerated.

I know this sound crazy, but Wheat germ oil actually "smells" like it needs to be refrigerated. I do admit that whatever I mix it with, I don't refrigerate the finished product, just the original bottle of oil.
